Lwowska 5\15, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000569410, NIP: 5252625624, REGON: 362170026, and the organised part of the enterprise forming part of the Foundation called Media4web, represented by Łukasz Wieczorek (joint data controllers), e-mail: help@m4w.pl.The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council).

§ II. Purposes of data processing and legal basis
